Get a certificate of FDA Registration from
Registrar Corp.
Importers and U.S. buyers of FDA-regulated goods often request a Certificate of FDA Registration from their suppliers—a document FDA does not supply. To help our clients verify their compliance, we offer third-party Certificates of Registration at no cost to you.

How can I get a Certificate of Registration?

Companies manufacturing products regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must register their facilities with FDA and renew their registrations regularly.

Depending on your industry, obtaining and maintaining a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number through Dun & Bradstreet may also be necessary.

Once your facility has been registered successfully, FDA will issue your registration number, but no Certificate of Registration, even though many buyers or importers request registration confirmation from suppliers.

A quick and easy way to confirm your FDA registration is to request a Certificate of Registration from a third-party such as Registrar Corp.
