As Director of Label, Ingredient and Product Review at Registrar Corp, Anna Benevente has guided hundreds of companies with U.S. FDA lebeling regulations since 2009. She and her team of 10 experienced, dedicated labeling specialists have reviewed over 13,000 FDA-regulated products to determine whether they comply with FDA requirements or are at risk for being detained at port. In addition, Ms. Benevente has conducted multiple seminars for trade and customs broker associations to assure a variety of stakeholders in these industries understand how a product becomes FDA compliant and risks for noncompliance.

Anna Benevente holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Anna has over 15 years of analytical research experience. Her areas of expertise include Import Alerts("DWPE")and detention assistance, product formulation requirements, and labeling for cosmetics, over-the-counter drugs, beverages, food, dietary supplements, and medical devices.
