Raj brings 30 years of experience building world-class teams and scaling companies to grow to their full potential. Raj has led teams at mission-driven companies in safety and regulatory compliance including CEO of CareSafely, CPO/CSO at Vector Solutions, and President of Alchemy Systems.
David Lennarz
Co-Founder and President
David co-founded Registrar Corp in 2003. He has worked for nearly 25 years in FDA-regulated industries in the U.S. and Europe, conducting seminars on FDA regulations for trade associations, trade shows, and governments around the world.
Tommy Fass
Co-Founder and President
Tommy has spent over 30 years in leadership positions in the food and beverage and regulatory industries. Tommy co-founded Registrar Corp in 2003. He has spent over 30 years in leadership positions in FDA-regulated industries in the U.S.
Leonard Callejo
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Leonard brings 25+ years experience driving pipeline and revenue growth for B2B tech and SaaS/PLG companies. Prior to joining Registrar, he led global teams at IBM, Cisco Webex, and PandaDoc, excelling in digital strategies and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful results.
Philip Edge
Chief Technology Officer
Philip brings more than 22 years of experience in M&A, SaaS product development, software engineering, and cybersecurity. He has held leadership positions in several industries including eLearning, food safety, and compliance.
Mike Empey
Chief Financial Officer
Mike has held executive financial positions for more than 15 years and brings an extensive level of expertise in finance strategy, consulting, business planning, and more to Registrar Corp. He previously served as Principal at JackFinn for more than a decade.
