Co-Founder and President

David co-founded Registrar Corp in 2003. He has worked for nearly 25 years in FDA-regulated industries in the U.S. and Europe, conducting seminars on FDA regulations for trade associations, trade shows, and governments around the world.

Tommy Fass

Co-Founder and President

Tommy has spent over 30 years in leadership positions in the food and beverage and regulatory industries. Tommy co-founded Registrar Corp in 2003. He has spent over 30 years in leadership positions in FDA-regulated industries in the U.S.

VP, Human Resources

Gina’s passion for talent acquisition, employee engagement and relations, and career development has been cultivated across a variety of Fortune 100 companies and start-up environments. She is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Philip Edge

Chief Technology Officer

Philip brings more than 22 years of experience in M&A, SaaS product development, software engineering, and cybersecurity. His has held leadership positions in several industries including e-Learning, food safety and compliance.

Mike Empey

Chief Financial Officer

Mike has held executive financial positions for more than 15 years and brings an extensive level of expertise in finance strategy, consulting, business planning, and more to Registrar Corp. He previously served as Principle at JackFinn for more than a decade.

Chris Kuneman

Chief Revenue Officer

Chris brings 15+ years of executive leadership and management consulting experience across both the food industry and commercial functions. Prior to joining Registrar, Chris was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Market Vice President of Sales at Sysco Food Service.

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives

Brian joins Registrar Corp after serving as a Director at Paine Schwartz Partners for 10 years, leading software and services investing with a focus on regulatory compliance and food safety services.

Leonard is a seasoned marketing leader with over 25 years of experience driving double-digit pipeline and revenue growth for B2B tech and SaaS/PLG companies. He’s led global teams at IBM, Cisco Webex, CA Technologies, and PandaDoc, excelling in digital strategies, marketing technologies, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful results.

Tim Rourk

VP, Client Success

Tim brings nearly 20 years of product leadership and strategy experience in B2B, B2C, and SaaS software to Registrar Corp. His strategic background in technology manufacturing, food safety, and eLearning has expanded his expertise in aligning customer experience with organizational growth.

Ed Haft, Chair

Ed brings more than 35 years of experience as a consumer-packaged goods and food manufacturing executive to Registrar Corp. He holds a BA in Economics and English Literature from Tufts University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Angelos Dassios

Angelos has a passion for sustainable food chain investing and has been a private equity investor for over 20 years. He currently serves as Paine Schwartz Partners’ Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner. Raised in Chicago, Illinois, Angelos holds a of a BA in Applied Mathematics.

Colleen Akehurst

Colleen is a Managing Partner at Paine Schwartz Partners. Her 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry includes her role as CEO of food technology startup FoodBerry. She holds an MS in Engineering from MIT and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
