Overseeing our engineering and web development teams worldwide, he continues being committed to positioning Registrar Corp as the global cybersecurity leader in regulatory compliance consulting.

Before joining Registrar Corp, he held leadership positions in several industries including eLearning, food safety and compliance, digital payments, call center management, technology consulting, and recruiting. Philip holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University.
