In 2018, Cosmetrics Labratories (Aust) Pty Ltd experienced a surge in business. To facilitate this growth, they needed to increase efficiency, improve quality management, and reduce the overhead of achieving ISO 22716 certification. The Victoria-based company had been using MOYB’s accounting management system and Excel to manage their stock level, but it wasn’t an efficient solution for high-volume stock and batch management. They decided to search for a new product management system and tools that would support GMP compliance.
